Become a Mental Health First Aider
Many people may not know how to support a friend, family member or colleague experiencing a mental health issue, or where to go for support with their own mental health.
MHFA England Accredited delivered by MHIR Ambassador and Professional Services Team Member Kate Hayward, our course also gives you access to the Mental Health In Recruitment First Aider Community.
Kate has 22 years of experience working in the recruitment industry and along this career journey, she has never stopped gaining enjoyment out of developing others through training and coaching. Life teaches you through experiences that you never stop learning and seeing that thirst for understanding is exactly why she loves her job. Through Kate's own personal experience of trauma, she became fascinated with resilience, wellbeing, mental health and its links to a healthy organisation. The more she read about it the more she could see just how a business or leader impacts someone’s personal ability to thrive and how not thriving can have a huge impact on results. Kate is a qualified resilience coach and mental health instructor with a deeply personal and professional mission to take wellbeing, resilience and mental health out of the do not disturb box.
