Through Kate's own personal experience of trauma, she became fascinated with resilience, wellbeing, mental health and its links to a healthy organisation. The more she read about it the more she could see just how a business or leader impacts someone’s personal ability to thrive and how not thriving can have a huge impact on results. Kate is a qualified resilience coach and mental health instructor with a deeply personal and professional mission to take wellbeing, resilience and mental health out of the do not disturb box.
