Beyond Blue Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service
The new Beyond Blue Corona Virus mental well-being support service is up and running. This is part of the Commonwealth’s $74 million mental health package.​ Beyond Blue has begun providing 24/7 mental health support, both online and by phone, delivered by mental health professionals (in conjunction with Medibank). It is providing information and advice around coping with COVID-19, isolation and connection, workplace and financial hardship, and how best to support the mental health of others.

Mental Health Online
The website has Information, an online psychological assessment and online self-guided treatment programs for anxiety, panic, OCD, PTSD, and depression for people 18 years old and older. The site also offers a free 12-week online program with free access to eTherapists.
MindSpot
MindSpot is a free service for Australian adults who are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, stress, depression and low mood. They provide an online assessment and treatment course, or also help you find local services.

National Indigenous Critical Response Service
National Indigenous Critical Response Service provides emotional and practical support to bereaved families and individuals impacted by suicide or other traumatic loss. Our advocates are experienced in listening and providing culturally responsive support. They can liaise with local communities and services to identify who is best placed to provide the help families need. The Critical Response Support Advocates are not counsellors and do not provide counselling or other clinical support. Thirrili is a non-profit organisation supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
