Formed initially as a community volunteer service by Mental Health In Recruitment 'Champion' Ben Kenwright to offer chat support to isolated and lonely individuals throughout the COVID-19 crisis.  NeedToChat is expanding into the workplace and has partnered with Mental Health In Recruitment to create a unique and free community support resource for the industry.
